Our Vision

Exotix is a DAO-governed luxury & exotic car club and rental platform. We believe everyone should have the chance to experience the thrill of the world's most luxurious and exotic cars, together. Our platform is powered by blockchain, a DAO, and a legal trust that owns the cars for the benefit of the community.

How It Works

Members join by holding Exotix tokens, which grant governance and access rights. The DAO votes on which luxury and exotic cars to acquire, how to manage the fleet, and how to allocate premium rental and usage opportunities. All cars are owned by a legal trust, ensuring compliance and transparency.

• Phase 1: Launch website, token, and DAO.

• Phase 3: Use DAO treasury to purchase first car(s) through the trust.

All treasury transactions and car purchases are managed by the DAO and visible on-chain. Token holders can propose and vote on all major decisions, ensuring a transparent and community-driven platform. Cars are legally owned by a trust, with the DAO controlling the trust's decisions. Members enjoy exclusive access to luxury and exotic car rentals and experiences.

Our Blockchain Platform

Exotix is launching its DAO on Solana, one of the world's fastest and most secure blockchains. We use the Realms governance framework to ensure transparent, on-chain voting and proposal management. This empowers our community to make decisions efficiently and securely, with all actions recorded on the Solana blockchain.
